Meet Dr. Gregory Stephanos

Dr. Stephanos is passionate about helping his patients restore their smiles. He has completed numerous continuing education programs, constantly refining his skills so he can provide all of his patients with the best dental care possible.
The Professional Side
Dr. Gregory Stephanos grew up in the Boston, Massachusetts area and moved to Houston before attending college. He was selected to attend the University Scholars Honors Program at Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 and presented an honors thesis on the association between stroke and periodontal disease. In 2015 Dr. Stephanos earned his D.D.S. degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. He is most passionate about delivering the highest possible quality of care to our patients, and endeavors to treat every patient like a family member.
Dr. Stephanos worked in private practice in the Houston area for two years in a comprehensive general dentistry practice focusing on large restorative cases and sedation. He attended study clubs through the prestigious Spear Institute to increase the level of care he was able to provide patients. Spear teaches a multi-disciplinary approach that integrates the different specialties within dentistry to create the ideal overall treatment plan for each patient. Dr. Stephanos is interested in the surgical and reconstructive areas of dentistry, and in order to provide optimal patient care, he elected to seek more formal education. Dr. Stephanos attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry [AEGD] residency program at the University of Oklahoma from 2017-2018, which focuses on implant surgery and restorations, and major restorative treatment planning. This experience allowed Dr. Stephanos to provide patients with a full range of treatment options to address their dental needs, from minor cosmetic enhancements all the way to major implant-supported reconstructions. Dr. Stephanos is very excited to return home to the greater Boston area and share his passion for dentistry and commitment to excellence with his patients.
The Personal Side
In addition to dentistry, Greg is passionate about alpine skiing, sailing, landscape photography, and his rescued dog, Simba.
